Does anyone of you use nose guard?
 Are they worth it?

Yea, if you don't mind spending a few bucks. I bought mine just because, didn't really think I'd ever use the thing. Last month I speared myself in the head with my board, even with the soft rubber tip on it still drew blood. It was right on the side of my head, beside my eye. Without the nose guard it might have cut open my temporal artery, which I don't think would have been fatal or anything. Still, it would have sucked enough that it was worth basically the cost of a case of beer to not have to go home from a really good surf because there's just too much blood coming out of my head. Of course, you might never get speared in the head, in which case I'd probably go with the beer.
I guess the short answer is that I've never heard of anyone regretting buying a nose guard.

in one eye, the noes of the board hit me on my eye lid and it was
