There is now an open directory for California surfing related websites called “SurfMoz” ...

It’s completely free and meant to help out anyone including websites just like this one.  Since it each submission is reviewed by a an actual human being (that actually surfs and is actually from California), the directory is given more weight by search engines such as Google.
