ASP World Junior Champion Sally Fitzgibbons won at the Roxy Surf Festival, which was held at Phillip Island.
She defeated Kirstie Jones who finished seventh on the ASP Australasia Junior Series in 2007.
Fitzgibbons, who earlier won in the World Qualifying Series (WQS) and in the 6- Star Pro Junior division, topped both the ASP Australasian Junior Ratings and ASP WQS ratings.
With her win in the Roxy Surf Festival, Fitzgibbons, 17, made her fourth victory in just five events this month.
In association with the Victoria State Government “Play it Safe by the Water", the Roxy Surf Festival was supported by surfing organizations including ASP Australasia and Surfing Victoria.
